This Big Boy Navajo Indian Jewelry Turquoise Coral Silver Cuff Bracelet is an impressive piece of hand made Native American Jewelry. This Turquoise and Coral Big Boy bracelet is definitely not for the meek at heart. This fine piece of jewelry features a cuff that was hand made from a very heavy gauge of Sterling Silver. And, this Bracelet has a traditional Navajo Indian chip inlaid design made from genuine Turquoise and Coral. The Turquoise and Coral come together to make a Pueblo Indian runner design. This Sterling Silver cuff bracelet has been hand stamped with fine line designs. Made in our shop. This Turquoise and Coral bracelet is 1-1/2" wide. It'll fit a 7" to an 8" wrist. Stamped Sterling. Signed with our hallmark.

There are many legends about Turquoise; The Pima consider it to bring good fortune and strength and that it helped overcome illness. The Zuni believe that blue turquoise was male and of the sky and green turquoise was female and of the earth. Pueblo Indians thought that its color was stolen from the sky. In Hopi legend the lizard who travels between the above and the below, excretes turquoise and that the stone can hold back floods. The Apache felt that turquoise on a gun or bow made it shoot straight. The Navajo consider it as good fortune to wear and believe it could appease the Wind Spirit.

This jewelry comes from the Arnold Roossin Collection. Roossin owned a trading post in downtown Scottsdale for many years. He passed away recently and Richard was able to buy up his remaining collection which included rugs, kachinas, jewelry, and artwork of all kinds. These old pawn watches were part of that collection and were made over 30 years ago. This means they were made with high grade natural Turquoise, traditional techniques, and classic designs.

The center of this bolo tie is dressed with a hand cut cabochon of genuine Turquoise. This Turquoise gives the Sterling Silver plenty of natural character. This Native American Turquoise Bolo Tie is 2" by 2-1/2" with a 4-ply genuine black leather bolo cord, 42" longand hand made here in Arizona at our shop.
